Specification
The Tessin 5.1 dome tent is equipped with an
aluminium coating. The coating strengthens the
outer tent fabric, reduces heat by up to approx.
17% and has a UV sun protection factor of 80
(UV Standard 801). The tent is equipped with an
environmentally friendly PFC free water-repellent
(DWR) impregnation. The seams are waterproof
sealed by seam tape and provide better seam
tear resistance. The High Peak "Advanced Low
Vent System" is a highly effective ground level
ventilation system and circulates the air in the
floor area even on rainy days. This ventilation is
unique in conditions of high humidity. The extralarge distance between the inner tent and outer
tent reduces condensation. The ventilation can
easily be opened or closed from the inner tent
with the internal cover. 1 additional permanent
ventilation with guy out function provide
continuous airflow for a restful sleep. Keep the
ventilation always open for full function. The
vestibule with ground sheet offers living space
and storage room for camping equipment. 2
doors for flexible opening and more freedom of
movement. Mud flaps around the vestibule keep
dirt out. Crystal clear windows with cover brighten
the vestibule area. Durable and strong 5 mm
steel pin pegs don’t bent on hard camp grounds.
Darkened inner tent keep light out for late risers.
The Vario Vent Control System with mesh part
keeps bugs out of the inner tent and can be
conveniently operated variably from the inside,
depending on the climate. Inner pockets for
storing various utensils. Lamp holder for hanging
a camping lantern or torch. The Tessin 5.1 offer
